Payments can be made with all major credit cards or PayPal.

STEP 1

Contact Us with location, room and date preferences. We will check availability and respond within 2 business days with affirmation that the room is available or closest alternatives. We will not accept payment until we confirm availability.

STEP 2

If you are satisfied with the location, room and dates, we will book the reservation and you will receive:

• Confirmation Email with reservation information

• Authorization Letter from the owner for access to Vidanta

• Information Letter from us clarifying transportation details, recommendations, perks and all other contact information for questions and assistance

STEP 3

We will send a link to the checkout page, or pay by PayPal. Sales tax is included in the price.

Payment is 100% refundable 90 days prior to reservation check-in date. Payment is 50% refundable 90-30 days prior to reservation check-in date. Payment is non-refundable 30 days or less prior to reservation check-in date. If travel plans need to change, we will try to reschedule once, but it is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

STEP 4

Vidanta provides a shuttle service from the airport to hotel. You will need to complete a form for Vidanta closer to your arrival date, which includes flight information.

Some rooms come with special perks, access or discounts, so consider how you would like to use them and plan your trip with further reservations and services. We suggest having an idea what you plan to do before arriving, perhaps making some reservations ahead of arrival. But some plans may be preferable to handle on-site as the resort can provide discounts, best information and recommendations in-person and at the various concierge desks.

STEP 5

When you arrive at the airport, the shuttle service will bring all guests to the resort (even if arriving separately). You will arrive at the drop-off center on property. From there, you will be taken to your specific building or hotel via resort shuttle, where you will officially check-in and begin one of your ultimate vacations.

Reservations are booked on a WEEKLY basis only. Check-in 5PM / Check-out 10AM (Friday - Monday). We do not provide weeks for 2 weeks of Christmas and 2 weeks of Easter.
